today's look: in Swatch (+plus an international GIVEAWAY)

you already know how much i love pink :)
swatch korea sent me this watch (and +1 for you lucky reader!)
and i wanted to share and discuss with you
what's going to be the hottest item for this upcoming spring

it already feels like half spring and half winter here
so my outfits will look kind of an in-between the seasonal looks

this new line for the spring 11 is called
LADY DOUBLE TOUR collection
which is basically a lady-like lovely pastel colors
(available in 10 different shades to choose from)
that is able to wrap your wrist around in double straps
just like the same as if you would wear two bangles/bracelets

it was really long so i liked it better to wear it
out on my outfits rather than to wear it on my skin
because i have kind of a small wrist so everything is loose around me....

you already saw this outfit from yesterday's
GoJane review (leopard wedge bootie)
i personally loved wearing my watch in a similar tone to purple with that urban outfitters sweater
but my mom thought it would look better with black top
because then the watch will be more visible

i like it worn with just about anything
because it's a simple yet versatile look

after coming back from wearing this sweater
the hairs were all stuck in that rubber-like band?
but it was so easy to take it off
and thankfully it didn't get dyed in black or purple-ish
*but before you know it for sure
watch out for just bought jeans or sequined tops because the color fades naturally and ruins all of your other bags and etc.

the look without the coat

rather than to wear it all in nude or light colors
i decided to go bright and bold in red this day

i always am uncertain if the look is correct or not
just by the look i can't tell
i can't tell if the colors match
and honestly i really don't care
because we all need to take risks and experiment with every possibility we face with
so this is why i just wore items by following my heart today
I always thought yellow and pink would look so childish together
but from today's outfit i thought it was quite okay

i think it's because the watch color is light and balances it with my coat's darker shade

let's start the fun part:
new giveaway
and it's opened to anyone living in any country

swatch korea sent me one more same watch but in different color (i chose orange for you because orange is one of the trendiest color for this spring 11) to pick one lucky reader of pink.lemon.in.crystal to have this

i haven't touched anything else but the case to take picture

so take a look!

today's look: in GoJane

how do you love my leopard print wedge bootie? :)
it's 4.25 inches high (according to the web description)
which is 10.795 or rounded to 11 cm however you prefer the conversion
leopard was so hot since last fall and winter and I don't regret to follow that trend even now in 2011

the color appeared exactly the same as i've first seen from gojane.com
(here it looks lighter because of the setting)
and that's really an important part of online shopping
to get the right color from the screen so the shoppers get the expected result

I was at the department store (called Shinsegae)
and everyone I know talked about my shoes first
here in Korea, just like anywhere else probably
women are sooo into fashion and style
they especially love the bold, edgy and fierce looks
and I think this wedge looked powerful to them as well

the appearance: I usually wear size 7 1/2 or 38 for boots because that's what I heard as I should do. go a one size bigger for boots because you get swollen feet
so when I was looking at the size chart at gojane,
the sizes were to my understanding a one size bigger than in my perspective (I usually think 37 is for 7 and 38 is for 8 and so on.. which is 250 mm for 8)
so that's where I decided to try a size 7
I knew that it'll be okay even if it's the normal size 7
(because I wear 7 for flats and 7 1/2 for heels, sneakers and etc.)
then I can just take a short trip walking.

so when I first opened up my box, I thought this looked way too small
just by the first appearance i mean..
but when I tried it on
it was just like a 38 version perfectly having a little space for me to breathe

*i didn't know but today i heard that
normally a wedge heels look smaller than the other type of shoes*

the rubber platform made me easy to walk in and to feel comfort even in above 10 cm height
it wasn't a heavy shoe
but it was strong enough to hold me tight when i was walking down a slightly bented hill, i didn't trip down or anything like that to embarrass myself

dior sunglasses, zara bag, forever21 skinny jeans, urban outfitters hooded sweater, american eagle long sleeve shirt, Jindo fur coyote fur vest, gifted swatch double strap watch in pastel pink, clue necklace, earrings i made myself, and bootie gifted from GoJane.com

another reason i usually go for a one size bigger for boots:
i have kind of a wide feet
not so wide but.. because of my bone structure where it's sticking out a bit?
i have a hard time walking in heels and in flats that has narrow width

this is how it appeared from the site
leopard print wedge bootie $34.99 -> now on sale $25.95

some other cute finds from GoJane,

furry tassel keychain $15.60

futuristic chain trim sunglasses $7.40
[looks like it can be worn as a necklace right?
i'm looking for a pair like this these days
because I'm so in love with that Louis Vuitton one]

love heart rhinestone ring $2.50
[such cute ring and look at THAT price!!!]

rhinestone jewel ring $19.50

sweater trim zipper leo bootie $35.70

today's look: in CND

I've received these CND samples to review
SpaPedicure Marine Salt Scrub and Colour & Effects nail polishes in
Raspberry Parfait #519, Eclectic Purple #536, Plumville #534, and Violet Shimmer #558

When I received these beauties all I could say was "Wow I LOVEEE THEM!"
They were essential needs for any girls and/or women.
Style finishes off with eclectic nail colors and arts
to add more perfection: we need scrub to polish and make our feet and hands gentle/smooth

this is Raspberry Parfait #519 the one marked in star
and Violet Shimmer #558
CND says that this is just like how we get dressed up
"Colours are the clothes-Effects the accessories."
So play it however you'd like to get dressed up in your own unique and personal styles
the one I've got is the Shimmer category for "more dramatic" effects.
the Raspberry color was very adorable and sweet reminding me of sweet 16
it's bright enough but not like HOT pink if that makes sense to you? ;)
it had been picked as allure's editors choice award
I can get the feel why this has claimed the winner throne and marked the best color.
the violet shimmer was very romantic.
it had this aura that made the colours appear way different than just the colours by themselves.
with this effect ON, the colours become mysteriously beautiful like in the fairy tale mood

This is the Plumville #534 the one on the very right from the third line from the very below
My grandmother applied this color for her pedicure with me
this color was more mature plum shades than the brighter ones
sophisticated and very charming

this Eclectic Purple was very feminine and attractive to me
and I loved all of these bottle shapes
they were ergonomically designed so they were easy to reach to and hold in palm of hand with comfortable grip
There are 50+ colors to choose from at www.cnd.com

The brush made it so easy to apply and that's why my grandmother & I liked them even more
the brush made the full, even, and smooth coats of application
the colors of course were all so gorgeous
and if you want darker and the colors to last a little longer, two thin coats are needed
but I applied once and they looked so great!
they dry really fast and CND's benefits are the 3 frees-no toluene, formaldehyde, or DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate)

*Turn bottle upside down & roll between your palms to blend the colors

Colour- .33 fl oz bottle $9.00 / $11.30 CA
Effect- .33 fl oz bottle $11.00 / $13.80 CA

First off I wanted to apologize that I hadn't had my digital camera or DSLR with me to provide higher resolutions, but with that strong lighting my galaxy s was best I could find!
my grandmother took these photos while I was still painting and drying my nails
afraid of getting them marked by wrong movement
so the above picture is with the colour & effect altogether
pinky, middle: Plumville
ring and index: eclectic purple
thumb: raspberry parfait

left: colour & effect both
right: only colours

the difference is of course more luminosity and shimmering
and the colours became more violet aura added+
I love wearing different colors for different fingers for mixed look
next time I'm trying to paint all of my nails in Raspberry Parfait and add black nail polish to make some leopard print nail art :) If I do, then I'll upload those pictures of course

FIRSTLY the smell is awesome
I think I can fall asleep right away at this hour (it's 7:52 PM here) after I've just washed off my scrub
SECONDLY the color:
this is also purple + blue-ish beautiful shades
I feel like I'm at the beautiful ocean
able to see the clear water to see the fishes and lively animals swimming across my feet
THIRD: the polish
it wasn't too rough as I'd expected from the "Salt Scrub"
I had to stir the contents before use and then to scrub it all over my foot & leg (dry your foot and lower leg!)
It instructed for me to massage for about 3-5 minutes. I did it for about I think.. 2-3 minutes
but still I got the best results I could.
LASTLY the finish feel
ah-mazing

and after I've used it says on the paper that it can be used all over my body as well
tomorrow the first thing I'll do is to put this in my personal locker at the spa I go to daily

it is so smooth and today I've got my new platforms and walked in that 4 inches all day long
so i had a tired feet
now i don't see that rough lines occurring from wearing heels
but instead i've got such gentle and grease-less touch of skin

it sure had exfoliated out my dead skin cells
just love so much about these key ingredients of Mineral and Dead Sea Salt, Sunflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E

the price is $43.50 US/ $52.40 Canadian for 18 oz

today's look: in Hard Candy

You can find Hard Candy in Walmart
Every item is within $10 or less
with an affordable price like this you wouldn't believe how amazing the colors are in variety and in cute forms
I've received glittering eyeshadow, plumping lip gloss and mermaid teal mascara
the colors were all eye-catchy and so I LOVE them of course
for the lip gloss, i applied some concealer on first and applied the plumper after
look at that naturally glowy and pouty lips
it has this breezy kind of numb-y feel like all the plumping gloss do
it feels like you are getting volumized lips by instance

the shadow, i thought it will be too much if i applied and brushed it with that liner
so i applied tiny dots across my eyelids and applied it with my shadow brush
therefore i got glittery shade just about in right amount

you can't really see it clearly in the pictures
but i applied mermaid teal mascara on one side
and on the other side i applied my originally black mascara first and then put on teal
both were about the same in color effect
teal color wasn't too bright to make you look costume-y for Halloween
but it was just a little add of pop color to brighten up the day look
the brush was thick reminding me of BadGal from Benefit which is one of my favorites
i love volumizing mascara for the fuller effect
it makes your eyes look bigger and clearly showing your eye colors

1,000 lashes-fiberized lash weave mascara in
divine purple, underground brown, primer,
midnight black, mermaid teal (mine), lush green,
indigo blue, heart throb pink

eye def-high def glittering cream eye shadow

plumping serum-fat pout lip gloss

all american girl, cake walk, dunes, girl next door, girly girl, jellyfish, life preserver, material girl, nude beach, pink lady, uptown girl

all product images from http://www.hardcandy.com/
check out their official page and go check out the colors for yourself at Walmart! :)
